Academic Achievements

Prof. Shen has authored several monographs including “The Study of Theories and Precedents of the Right to Education” and “Education Law: Principles, Rules and Applications”. She has translated works such as “The Human Right to Education”. Over 120 of her papers were published in authoritative journals such as “Educational Research”.

She has led numerous national and provincial research projects including “Research on the Right to Education”, “International Comparison and Latest Development in the Rule of Law in Higher Education”, and “Research on Education Administrative Law Enforcement System and Capacity Building in Beijing”.

She has visited the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Finland, Israel and other countries for academic exchanges, and has established stable connections with the international education law community.
